Davide Riccardi, born in Florence on 18/07/1986. He has been the President of Animosa since dicembre 2009. He's one of the founder associee of the association. He's graduated in Political Science, and he's taking his bachelor degreee in International Relationship in Rome. He's been part of the rowing italian federation since 2002. He won two gold, one silver and two bronze medal at the Junior, Under 23 and Lightweight World Championship.

He was born 06/08/1985 in Ravenna. He graduated in Communication Science in Bologna. in 2011 he took his bachelor degree in Communication and Adversiting in Urbino. He rowed for the italian national team. He won the gold at the 2007 Italian Championship.

Born in Arjona (Col) in 26/01/1985. After a few year collaboration with the association, he has been Animosa secretary since december 2009. She studies Interpretation and Translation in Rome. She takes care of the relationships between the local istitutions and coordinate the works between Colombia and Italy.

Born in Imperia on 28/09/1957. She's an Italian, History, Geography, Latin and Philosophy teacher in Professoressa Forlì. She takes care of Animosa public relations. She was president of Animosa between 2005 and 2009. She was one of the co-founder of Animosa onlus

Born in 19/01/1981 in Florence. Dopo il diploma di Ragioniere Programmatore, he graduated in 2011 in Political Science. CHe won gold at the 2006 World Rowing University Championship and silver at the 1999 World Junior Championships. He was part of the italian rowing federations since 1998 to 2006. He has been Animosa treasurer for two years.
